Our team is diligently working to make this system easy to use, so it will be undergoing some redesign in March, 2025.
We will communicate when updates have been made, but in the meantime, the website is functional.

Here are some frequently asked questions:
Will this replace my login information from the old site?
- Yes - but you can change it. In the transition of membership databases, we brought over everyone from the old system. We have been working to group individuals into company membership buckets, which wasn't setup completely in the old system. To correctly group by company, we used company email addresses on file to create individual accounts. This means, if you had two emails entered in the old system (personal and work), your account is most likely setup with your work email. However, after you log in, you can change the email by going to your profile. For instructions on how to access your profile, click HERE.
Will this website replace the old one?- Eventually, yes. In the meantime, we have enabled single sign on, so if you click "membership" on the old site, you'll be directed to the new one. By the end of the spring, when you visit www.vnla.org, you will be directed to the new site.
What if some of my information on the new site isn't correct?- After you log into the new site, you can change your information by going to your profile.
Why are we making this change?- The old website was designed to support very basic functions. As you know, if you needed to reset your password, someone on the VNLA staff had to get involved. Sometimes, the site didn't work correctly and often crashed on users. This new system is specifically setup and designed to manage membership databases, thereby eliminating almost all of the issues we've been experiencing for the past year.
Why haven't I received my membership renewal request?- About four months ago, we discovered a glitch in the way the old system was setup. Anytime a user or VNLA staff went into an individual profile, the "membership renewed date" was replaced by the most recent accessed date. For example, if you last renewed your membership on February 28, 2024, but logged into the old system on July 1, 2024, the system told us you renewed your membership on July 1, 2024. As a result, the membership dates were inaccurately reflected in the system, impacting billing and renewal requests. Our team has been manually looking through every join request we have on file to try and backdate initial join dates and update renewal dates as needed. However, we need your help. If you have any of that information handy, please update your profile. Do not panic if it shows your membership is expired. We are going through all users and sending out membership update requests in small batches. We promise we'll get to you. However, if you would like to skip the wait, you can renew your membership HERE.
What about my VCH information? Is that transferred to the new site?- Yes. We have batch uploaded almost 60% of VCH numbers, initial certification dates, and renewal dates. The remainder of what we had on file will be uploaded to your profile by the end of March. However, if you have that handy and would like to speed along the process, please update your profile.
Where can I record my CEUs?- For now, please continue updating your CEU information HERE. The link can also be found at the bottom of the CEU page. By the end of the spring, we will have a more refined version of the CEU submission forum, which will provide you with your total CEU count for the year. Additionally, this new system will enable us to send out quarterly reminders to all VCH holders to go in and review/update their CEUs accordingly.
What about my previously recorded CEUs?- We have them, and they will be uploaded to your CEU profile by the end of spring.
Where can I provide feedback and input on the new processes? Or what if I have additional questions?
